Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 27 June 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or buying any of our products. By accessing our website, signing up for free content, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who we are
This website and its products are operated by Trevor Hindmarsh, trading as Fortitude Rebuilt ("we", "us", "our").
- Address: 3 Theodore Close, Durham, DH7 7EG, United Kingdom
- Email: [email protected]
2. Definitions
- "Content" means all audio, video, text, downloads, and other materials we provide, including the 7 Day Reset.
- "Free Content" means any material we provide at no cost, such as Day 1 of the 7 Day Reset.
- "Paid Products" means any course, programme, membership, or community we charge for, including the full 7 Day Reset and the Inner Circle community.
- "You" means the person accessing our website or buying our products.
3. Acceptance of these Terms
By using our website or buying from us, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or buy our products.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy our products, or use our community. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
5. Our products and services
We provide digital personal-development content for men, delivered as online courses, audio and video sessions, downloadable files, and an online community.
We may change, update, or improve our Content from time to time. We may also withdraw or discontinue products, though we will not remove access you have already paid for without good reason.
6. Free content
We may offer Free Content (such as Day 1 of the 7 Day Reset) in exchange for your name and email address. By signing up, you agree to receive emails relating to that content and our products. You can unsubscribe at any time. We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Accounts and access
To access our products you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Your access is for your personal use only — you must not share, resell, or distribute your login or our Content to anyone else.
8. Orders, pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may be subject to applicable taxes.
- We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
- Payment is taken at the point of purchase through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.
9. Your right to cancel, and refunds
Digital content and immediate access. Our Paid Products are digital content supplied to you immediately after purchase.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you would normally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel. However, because our products are digital content made available to you straight away, by purchasing and accessing the product you:
(a) consent to us supplying the digital content immediately; and (b) acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once access has begun.
This means that once you have been given access to a Paid Product, you are not entitled to a refund under the cooling-off rules.
Try before you buy. We offer Day 1 of the 7 Day Reset completely free so that you can experience our approach before purchasing the full product.
Your statutory rights. None of the above affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If our digital content is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. If you believe there is a problem with a product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to put it right.
10. Intellectual property and licence to use
All Content is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you buy a Paid Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use that Content for your own personal use. You may download Content where the function is provided, but only for your own use.
You must not:
- copy, reproduce, share, sell, or publicly distribute our Content;
- share your account or downloads with others;
- use our Content to create a competing product or service.
11. Community rules
If you join our community (the Fortitude Rebuilt Inner Circle / Team Fortitude), you agree to treat other members with respect. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, harassment, hate speech, spam, or self-promotion.
Our community is private and confidential. It is a safe space built on trust, and protecting that trust is essential. You agree that:
- You will not share, copy, screenshot, record, repost, forward, publish, or disclose any other member's personal information, posts, messages, stories, images, or any other content shared within the community to anyone outside it, on any platform or by any means, without that member's express written permission.
- What is shared inside the community stays inside the community. This confidentiality obligation continues even after you leave the community or your access ends.
- You will respect the privacy and anonymity of every member at all times.
Breaching the privacy or confidentiality of the community is treated as a serious breach of these Terms. We may immediately remove any content and suspend or remove any member who does so, at our discretion and without refund.
We may remove content and suspend or remove members who breach these rules, at our reasonable discretion, to keep the community a safe and supportive space.

17. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing our products that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, technical failures of third-party platforms, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond our control).
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
